The map is divided up into tiles, which are roughly 1.5 degrees longitude (about 70 miles or 110km) by 1.5 degrees latitude. Below the map the number of tiles required to create the current map view is shown.

Your membership level dictates how many tiles may be used to construct a map for your GPS unit. For example if your tile allowance is four, then the largest map that may be copied to your GPS unit will consist of four tiles. 

The current membership levels are (keep in mind that a single tile can cover up to 70x70 miles):

• Guest - one tile
• Logged in with a free account - nine tiles
• Sponsor - 81 tiles

To become a sponsor you must purchase more than $50 of products from Cache Zone US or buy selected products from Cache Zone Europe. Please let the Cache Zone store know you want to upgrade your membership after placing your order. The Sponsor membership level is then valid for 18 months.
